Firestone Complete Auto Care

Roman and Ed always provide top tier service everytime I come in to Firestone whether I have an issue or I just need to get new tires. They are both upfront and honest about what my car needs and what can wait until later given prices are what they are, and they always make sure to let me know that they do have financing options for different things to reassure me that they are always there to help. It's always a pleasure to come in and know that my car is in good hands.

I was experiencing a shake in my steering wheel at 70 miles per hour. The young men working were polite and knowledgeable and determined my car tires needed balancing not a wheel alignment which was more costly. They were honest about what was wrong with my car. They weren't trying to charge me more for things the car didn't need. I bought my tires from them a year ago or so and now a repair. I will trust them again.

Lorain Leavitt Rd Firestone has become one of the worse mechanic shops around. My husband and I have used them for several years, and the service continues to decline. We started using them because of the convenient location. Convenience can not replace quality. If you don't need your vehicle for work, travel and routine day to day routines, and have the ability to let them keep your vehicle for days and weeks at a time then Leavitt Rd Firestone is the place.

These guys are fantastic. I experienced excellent management, helpful staff and great service. They got my ride taken care of right before an important family trip. 10/10 would recommend, and plan to continue bringing my cars here in the future. Thank you!

This rating and review is completely based on my interaction with Corey, the story manager. I do not live in the Lorain area. My son and friends were driving to Cedar Point on a Sunday and ended up getting a flat tire on the way. This location was close to where they were and we had the car towed here. Trying to get something done on a Sunday is not something you want to do but you have to do. Corey was not only helpful but patient and very accommodating. A number of locations can do the work for you. Finding someone trustworthy and helpful while being courteous and patient is unusual to find. Would highly recommend.
